They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I have been seeing Claire Damecour 2009 due to Anxiety. Panic Attacks.. She Percribed Zoloft witch made me feel a little better for a while . What I really need is some help for panic disorder. Zoloft is mainly for O.C.D. .... Well I still have panic attacks almost daily and can't leave my home sometimes , she won't percribe anything for it. She only spends 10-15 minutes with no thearipy .. and charges me $40 copay and then charges my insurance around $300.00 for that worthless visit.

It really upsets me when people that are just in it for the $$$$$....and they don't care.

In my opinion there are much better out there , I hope I find one. oh and her office is pretty cheap and small for what she charges.
She must be spending on her BIG BOAT in Mexico...
