My family and I have been seeing Dr. Reed for at least ten years. I have more trust in Dr. Reed than in any other medical doctor I've ever seen. Dr. Reed takes the time to get to know you. He cares about his patients and goes to bat for them when needed. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Reed, as he had helped my family through many bad times, and he's always there for us.

Dr. Reed's staff is pleasant, friendly and patient, and the office is relaxing and calming.

They are some of the most polite, respectful people I've met. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they treat their clients with the utmost respect.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No. It took me several times to get through.

The San Pedro Behavioral Health team is wonderful. I have seen Dr. Reed and Jim Dunbar (counselor) for a number of years. Pat Herrewig (counselor) is also wonderful. The staff is always courteous and kind. I am lucky to find such a wonderful team of experts in their field under one roof.

Dr. Reed listens, yes, actually listens to his patients and cares. He has helped me through many difficult times and has always been truthful and honest. Dr. Reed has professional integrity and has always kept information confidential. Although I have a complicated diagnosis, he assisted me to continue to remain balanced and stable.

Jim Dunbar is a wonderful person that will listen, give feedback, and allow for a patient to learn and adjust. He is professional and courteous. I look forward to working with him when I need someone to “bounce” life situations off of to find a reasonable explanation or resolution.

From marital problems, rebellious teenagers, handling the stress of deaths, to requesting employment accommodations, Dr. Reed and his staff have been there for me and my family.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
