I went in complaining of intense rt shoulder pain and was told I sprained my bicep by the FNP. I insisted on seeing a dr and getting an MRI as I had previously hurt my left shoulder and the pain was very similar. I knew I had torn something. I got the MRI and saw Dr Shapiro and he said I showed a little wear & tear, sent me to PT and that was that. In fact, my MRI shows tears, bursitis and osteoarthritis! The PT that was prescribed was not appropriate, making the shoulder worse. Due to Lack of Proper treatment I Now have permanent damage, am left with movement limitations and chronic pain.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
No, he/she did not appear to care very much
