All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I had a consultation with Dr. Tindall for replacement surgery. He walked into the office carrying my paperwork and didn't greet me or introduce himself. Ok, so not personable...as long as he knows his stuff. However, as the conversation progressed (what there was of one), things just got worse. He made two very inappropriate comments, barely made eye contact then just left the office leaving me feeling completely disillusioned and dumbfounded. He may have been a good surgeon at one time, but I certainly wouldn't let him near me at this stage in his career.

Since this visit, I have found several people with hair-raising experiences to report (I should have researched him BEFORE the consult). Thank god I found someone else.
