Dr Maxwell performed my back surgery when I had a hard time walking.

Did a great job and the only activity I have issues with is running. I walk about 5-8 miles per day and back to lifting weights.

I had a workers comp claim denied by this fraud. I read his report, and there are only three logical conclusions: he had me mixed up with someone else (highly disturbing for a surgeon); he takes poor notes (again, highly disturbing for a surgeon), OR he is a LIAR. His report contained countless inaccuracies, misquotes, and was a blatant lie. Let's face it - he is a SELL OUT - he is sent by a company whose sole purpose is to deny WC claims (or "cost savings" as they claim) with his LIES. How is it not a conflict of interest for a "doctor" to take payment to deny treatment??? Now I am here with a permanent injury that I still miss work from FOUR YEARS LATER, yet this quack claims there is nothing wrong with me. Oh yeah, not to mention he tried to insult me personally as an "introduction" when we met.
I would not let him touch an invertebrate or roadkill.

Dr. Maxwell had absolutely no interest in the fact that my mother had fallen twice after having back surgery performed my him. He simply advised her to go to the ER where she was admitted and drugged out of her mind for 5 days (twice). She kept complaining of extreme pain in her legs. His only concern was the surgical site. He made no effort to explore further the possibility of damage elsewhere from her fall. It's been 7 weeks and she is still suffering. I call this negligence.
