This guy is a total quack. How can he say I have no limitations and that I am lying? He sent me for an MRI and the radiologist stated my back is worse than the first MRI a few years before. He was very unprofessional. Left the door open and handed me a cheap paper gown. The place was not even a doctors office it was a public area where people were applying for jobs. There were people walking up and down the halls. He did not even examine me or do anything he said he did in his report.If he ever, ever gets in my face again I will hurt him.

I had the same problem as Kitara. How do I protect myself from his inaccurate report about my injury. What are my rights?. How can his report be the final say for my injury comp case? I had to see him during an exacerbation of my injury and on his report he said I was a symptom exaggerator. I need help to fight this , can anyone help?

He's a quack!!! Gets paid to lie on reports for federal workers comp. does not put down what you say correctly and lies about it. He knows nothing about backs or necks or shoulders, his specialties are ankle, wrist, hip and knee!! How can he make a report on back injuries, neck problems, or shoulder injuries?????? He disregards other medical specialists evidence and medical documents, MRI's,x-rays etc. that show there are injuries, but he will lie and say there is nothing wrong with you and that you can go back to work with no restrictions! (to get hurt worse??) Even though there is medical evidence showing proof positive there are injuries!!! and other medical specialist's opinions (who are specialist in those areas that you are injured, ie; back, neck, and shoulders!!!! He should be ashamed of himself to even call himself a doctor! He is too old to practice! 81 years old!!!!!!! He's all about the money!!! What an evil person he is!!! Other's beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Dr and his report were inaccurate and dishonest. He asked me to provide his with paperwork on my case and before I had a chance to submit it, he "found no basis for my claim" or what not. When I would call his office to speak with him to see if he had my paperwork, his nurse would never allow me to speak to him, nor would she tell me anything further! I wonder how much he is paid to deny Federal Workers Comp claims.
