This was the most humiliating doctor's appointment I've ever had. Dr. Greenfield made it a point to discuss my BMI several times and not offer any form of treatment for the extreme knee pain I was experiencing. He simply said "take Advil". I requested a cortisone shot for my left knee (crepitus) and he flat out refused, although I have not had one in over 5 years. This doctor did not even offer low-impact exercises or ointments or even wraps for my knee or any other medications that might help. Before I left he finally gave me a prescription for Naproxin. This doctor was rude, insensitive and unprofessional! I'm still recovering from the shock of it all and have already scheduled to see my previous doctor despite the drive and cost.
