He answered all my questions and was took time to explain to me how everything worked. Their staff is the most welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, it really improved the whole expirence. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They typically have appointments that are easy to schedule with my schedule. They have only cancelled 2 appointments on my, but gave me at lease a days notice. When an appointment did need to be cancelled, they had quick appointment to move me into.

Doctor Greenfield is a great and very knowledgeable surgeon. Occasionally the wait time at the NW Phoenix location can get a little long. Sometimes this is due to too many doctors in the office and not enough rooms to put patients into (this was the way it was when I first started seeing Dr. Greenfield, but it got better as I saw him more often). Doctor Greenfield sometimes lacks a little in his bedside manner (but it isn’t for the lack of caring, it is more like he has a ton of things going through his head), but makes up for any deficiencies with his surgical skills.

I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Greenfield to any and every one. He is a great doctor.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Dr Greenfield really takes time to explain everything and made sure I understood what it was he was saying. Although I had been to two other orthopedic docs and realized the options were limited I did not want to just be put on pain meds I actually wanted to understand my knee condition and explore long term options. He understood this took the time and actually made a difference. After surgery he scheduled many follow up appointments and always made me feel like he cared how I was doing. His office staff is extremley friendly and helpful. The wait time in this office is never longer than 15 minutes and that has to do with me always getting there about 10 minutes before my appointment. I have never had an appointment cancelled. They actually call and remind me about my appointment! I highly reccomend Dr. Greenfield for any level of treatment!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I had a sore shoulder. He diagnosed my injury and treated me. I am able to work out again, with minimal pain. I highly recommend Dr Greenfield. He is honest, sincere, caring, and most important, he LISTENED to me! Great office, they represent him well.
