Dr Plimpton is a great doctor. I know him to be very professional and caring. He is VERY good at what he does. I've even referred my own daughters to him and would do so again in a heartbeat. I've known Dr Plimpton since he first came out of med school. He is a great teacher and a great doctor. Claim and caring. A doctor who can and does answer your questions.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I would recommend Dr. Plimpton to anyone. He is very calm and respectful and answered all of my questions in a way I (as a 1st time mother) could understand. I like that he gave me an ultrasound at every visit. He is the best.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me.

Extremely difficult to make appointments, even during emergencies with staff claiming they will "get in trouble" if they make an appointment unless you drive down and fill out paperwork first (even if you have been in the office before). Billing staff sent all claims to insurance with the wrong diagnosis & after repeated attempts won't call us back or correct the claims after 4 months of trying. Doctor was rude & called us complainers when we mentioned repeated billing issues and 90 minute wait times on several visits. He didn't even apologize for the problems, was just rude because we had the nerve to speak up. Instead of believing us, Aetna, and Sonora Quest who all confirm his office never corrected any claims, he said his wife who handles billing "doesn't lie." If you don't mind putting up with service issues this office is fine, but if you expect a provider to actually listen to customers who pay good money, then go elsewhere.
