They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Saretsky is a great doctor unfortunately seems he may have retired, I'm glad I was able to see him when I did.

Dr. Robert Saretsky himself is a very kind and professional doctor. I have absolutely no problem with him.

It's his staff that is leading me to find a new health care provider.

I had a prescription for birth control that I needed on Monday. Despite the fact that it hasn't been a full year since my last checkup, I was told by the pharmacy that I needed approval for a refill from my doctor. I did call kind of late that day, so that's partially my fault for having to wait a day. However, the next day my pharmacy sent them a fax at 9AM Tuesday. They didn't get a response ALL day, so I called the office personally on Wednesday to ask them what was going on. I had to leave a message--that was never answered. On Thursday I got fed up and called again, and FINALLY got an answer. I was told that they would send the fax immediately.

It is now Friday at 1PM, and nothing has been sent. Basically, I was lied to because someone didn't want to spend five minutes to send a simple fax. When I called the office, I found out that they aren't open past noon on Friday. I am going to have to wait until Monday to get my birth control--MAYBE--meaning I am going to have to start an entirely new cycle and possibly PMS twice this month. I wish I could go to another doctor and get a walk-in check up, but my insurance doesn't cover two in one year. Hence why this should've never happened to begin with.

After this is over, I will never be returning to Dr. Saretsky. Like I said, he's a great doctor and I have nothing against him. But unless you don't have a prescription that's time sensitive, he's not worth the frustration.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
