The provider is fine but the receptionist is very rude and argumentative. She makes me feel bad for calling the office to make an appointment.

Have had two appointments. Only saw phys. assistant both times. First visit, we waited till we were the only ones left and several had come in before us only to find the girl at the desk has laid our papers under something and forgot us. We have called the office at least 30 times in the last two months and have NEVER got anything but a busy signal. Only way we can ask anything is to go to the office in person. Doctor may be fine if you can ever get to him.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
