The office was well organized and clean and the staff was efficient. However, the doctor was a completely different story. Not only did he not welcome my questions, he just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like he didn't really care about helping me. It seemed as if he was just pushing a certain type of medication. A subsequent call back to the doctor's office after an issue with a medication, was completely ignored. I immediately requested a referral for a different doctor.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect John La Wall, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
