I've been seeing Dr. Reiser for a little more than a year now and my life is 100% better! I was having so many seizures that I was afraid to leave the house and really didn't know what was happening to me until my son saw one happen. I probably wasn't one of her easy cases but she has me on the right track now and I do very well. I haven't broken a door with my head in months!!! She listened to every thing I had to say and more... things I would never had even thought would have mattered did. She was very quick to move on things and follow up to make sure tests were done. She is one in a million and if we could all be so lucky to have at least one doctor like her for ourselves then we would be extremely lucky.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Dr. Reiser made sure every single question I had was answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. My hand and arm pain that brought me to the office has totally gone away with the diagnosis and treatment with physical therapy. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will definitely refer her to other patients. She is a very thorough and caring neurologist.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have really great customer service here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them to take care of my medical issue.
