One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. He goes by his own schedule and ditches out on appointments
