Awful doctor with very bad bedside manners

Years Ago I left and found a new Doctor. Dr Farooqui was great but the Office Staff were rude and often over booked him. It was not uncommon to wait an hour or longer just to get in the back. I couldn't afford to take a whole morning off from work every time I needed to see him, My wife and I now have a new Primary Care Physician that we are extremely happy with and typically only wait about 20 minutes to see him.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
