I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Was recommended by a family member and I am thrilled with the treatment I received. Dr. Silverthorn is a very friendly caring person and does not hesitate to spend the extra time talking to you if necessary. Never rushed in and out of the office. One of the nicest Doctors I have ever met.
