They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Upon arrival they welcome me by name because they recognize me even though they have many many other patients. The entire staff are consummate professionals. They go out of their way to make each client feel special and respected, and are very sympathetic. They never let me leave without making sure they have answered all my questions.
