Absolutely terrible! Waited over an hour to be seen and when I was finally seen it was by a medical student not even Dr Kerr. If I wanted to see medical students I would've gone to a medical school. The student just asked the same question over and over. They didn't address my medical concerns at all and wrote on my paperwork that I was there to be seen for a medical problem I don't even have. Apparently they don't care or listen to their patients.

I am a new patient to dr Kerr and was pleased with my overall experience with her office and staff. The office was clean and staff friendly. The new patient forms were easy to fill out and the receptionist kept me informed of the verification process. The medical assistants were pleasant and caring. I was given the option of seeing medical students and I received nothing but good care and concern. Dr Kerr then came in and did a review with me, answered all my questions and even made suggestions on maintaining wellness with vitamins and other natural products. Her office staff made my appointments for my needed specialist and I was able to get in sooner. I can only hope all offices are run like this one offering a true medical home and educational experience. I will recommend this office to my friends and family.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
