Let me just say that this business is easy to get to and the area is very safe and clean. Dr. Morgan and his staff were never in a hurry to get me out, as in they answered my questions and we talked about all the issues as well as alternative solutions. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always have an answer to my question or they will get the answer for me before we get off the phone. I have never had to wait for a call-back.. They have never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to get someone else on the phone asking you to repeat yourself once again and still can't answer your question or help you out. So far Dr. Morgan and his staff are the best in the Kingman and Golden Valley area!!
