Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
they make you call in like some radio contest where the first few caller actually get to see a doctor, when someone asks for a appointment they should get you. not excuses, not a lottery ticket, not a call in and win.. the AMA should crack down on this garbage . this goes for the whole Carondelet group
