Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The nurse Cruz is the best I have ever had she always on top of any issuse calls you will call the pharmacy to find out why you could not get your meds she is a hard worker.
