Awful !!! Visited for immigration exam, he seems to know the procedure well, but he took forever, so so slow. The office was horrible, looked like something from a horror movie, very dirty and dated. The staff was unprofessional and slow as well. They also only accept cash as a form of payment and gave me a handwritten receipt, no stamp or anything… very very unprofessional.

Everyone in this office is kind and caring. I know I can always count on Dr. Kitei and his staff. Most important, they are patient and always answers all my question, as well as explain everything to my understanding. I feel lucky to have found such a great doc. Dr. K. has been our family's physician for over 23 years. Thanks to him my parents are alive and well.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
