They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Dr. Bowle was very unprofessional and his comments were very disrespectful and biased. He asked me to take a certain test and when I expressed to him that I couldn’t take such tests due to my religious beliefs his respond was “oh so if you take the test would your people stone you to death?!?!”. Throughout the remainder of my visit he kept bringing up my religion and culture and saying sarcastic comments that were very insulting. Also, during his consultation I told him that I was referred to him by a friend and he shared with me what her diagnosis was, although it had nothing to do with my case. This was a clear breach of patient’s privacy. Dr Bowle is a total Jerk and I would never go back to his office again.
