Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
