They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. However when at the Hampton location the wait once in the office was 3 agonizing hours. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. Chairs were very uncomfortable, no services, including tissue or drink of water. Receptionist refused to offer help. Bathrooms had no toilet paper. I did not feel very welcome. This Dr did no resolve to my problem. Was not willing to get to the core of the problem by ordering imaging and subscribed pain meds for only a couple days. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon since they didn't even have a wheelchair to help disabled persons. . Everything seems usablebut is all very old and outdated. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying.
