Dr. Seby is easily the WORST doctor I have ever seen. To start, I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes past my appointment time just to see him. If this were the only problem, I might be able to look past it, but it wasn’t. He seemed like a nice man when I finally got in to see him, but during my appointment, he failed to address a possible health problem found during his physical exam. His performance (or lack of performance) since then has been poor at best. I had routine blood tests drawn that showed a couple of abnormal results. There was no follow-up from Dr. Seby at all. Nothing. I called to set up a time to talk to him about the labs. No response. No follow-up. Nothing. I have called 12 times over the last 4 months to get a simple order for a routine colonoscopy. I left messages with his medical assistant and other office staff. No response. No order. No call. Nothing. It is a total waste of time to see someone who runs hours late and won't respond to any of your health needs. Save yourself the frustration and trouble and find another doctor.

Actually getting in to see him is at best a craps shoot. He is so disorganized that it takes 2-3 hours wait time before you see him. You need to block an entire day for an appointment. A noon appointment MIGHT get you home by 5:00, anything after noon it will be dark!
Will not call you, period. He will not call you back on the phone. Just doesn't do it. Maybe a good clinician, but does not know how to run a practice.

The first appointment I had with Dr. Seby, I waited an hour and a half. The second appointment I had to wait an hour. Both of these appointments were late in the day and the care I received was really great so I believe that it was worth it. However, today I was his very first appointment and after a half hour of waiting for him to show up at the office, I decided to leave. This is so incredibly unprofessional and rude and I'm losing money by not being at work during this time. If there was a reason for him not being on time, I think that he should have let his staff know so that I could be informed. I don't think I'll be seeing him again.

Only one star, because zero stars wasn't an option.

Let me tell you a story, one day I received a vicious paper cut. Its ironic because I had an appointment that same day, might as well kill two birds. Anyway, I went with a paper cut and ended up losing the whole arm. After a week and a half of waiting in the waiting room, neglecting my family and children, starving with no food or water, my body had gone septic and the gangrene had spread to my shoulder, and thus the arm was taken.

Ok, that might have been a bit of a hyperbole, but the waiting time Dr. Seby expects of patients is unacceptable and will be the down fall of this practice. Dr. Seby is a very nice person and a great practitioner however, I am a busy individual and if I have an appointment I expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time: less than 3 hours.

Dr Seby is always running very late and has no respect for peoples time. When/if you do get to see him he does answer all your questions and spend time with you. It isn't worth his total disrespect for your time.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
