I really like Dr. Thorne. He has been wonderful in helping me to manage some long term health concerns. He takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and answers all of my questions completely. I never feel as if he's rushed; he always gives my his full attention.

If you want a doctor who cares about your well-being stay far away from the walk in clinic. After waiting over 72 hours for my lab results, I was given a phone call by the receptionist saying it was negative and a, welp, see you later then attitude. I had to say, listen, I am still sick and still have symptoms what is the next step? I still have a swollen throat, temperature and bloodshot eyes. The answer is there isn't a next step and I will be going somewhere else from now on. Total disregard for whether you are healthy or not. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

I have a history of serious illness and I really needed a dr who would actually listen to me and not treat me like I am clueless. Dr. Thorn might be the best dr I've ever had, and that's really saying something because I've had many, many doctors. He was recommended to me by my oncologist, and for good reason. He is kind, explains things very well, and always takes into account what I have tried. He also takes the time to read over my chart before coming into the room and I feel like he genuinely cares about my well being.

The office is always clean and I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes from the time I check in, to when the doctor actually walks into the exam room. Great doctors office!

This doctor is preoccupied with other matters. He doesn't pay attention to what you say and is not thorough in his examination and the whole interview process. Diagnosis and treament is inadequate, below the expected standard. I would never visit him again. I was very disappointed.

In person, these guys were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. It's when you leave that you disappear from the radar screen. Calls go straight to voicemail and are not returned. Paperwork for insurance is not completed. Definite mixed emotions about this practice.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
