They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. I've had an unusual heart health issue where I was told by other doctors there was nothing that could be done for me and the only option I had was to exercise and change my diet. I did both successfully (no meat or dairy since Aug 2011!) but was getting no better. I researched my condition and then approached Dr Citron with a series of questions and observations. He worked with me and identified a specialist that could indeed perform a procedure that would help. I went to that specialist and had a significant percentage of my heart function returned to me. Some estimates are that I've added 10 years to my life as a result. I can't say enough about the attention and care this doctor and his staff have provided. I felt totally satisfied upon leaving my visit. Everything I needed was taken care of and they made it so easy for me. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could enter, but they accommodate people with all different needs.
