It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. There's a high turnover in staff. When the current receptionish is present, she barely acknowledges patients. The bookkeeper/office manage is also rude and snotty and not very helpful when you call with billing/account questions. The dr. talks down to you in a condescending voice and definitely has a "superior than though" attitude. She also interrogates you with questions, yet doesn't listen to your responses. Nor does she give you the opportunity to completely say what you want to say, as she's quick to cut you off. Confidentiality is an issue within this office. Plus, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear conversations going on in different rooms. Definitly doesn't create a very trusting environment. The overall aesthetics of the office are also geared towards the image of a dieters grocery store: glitzy diet products and food are prominently displayed upon walking into the office.
