They disgust me completely. Money is the only concern and staff is utterly incompetent. Their charges are utterly outlandish. I didn’t mind paying the 140.00 co-pay but to call me two months later demanding 90.00 more dollars was insulting. They compounded it by turning it over to collections. To top it off they denied my request for med refill which tells you what kind of vindictive, degenerate people they are.

Not sure where to start. Seen this doctor for about 9 years!
Started out a good doctor but little hateful and snappy at times. Changed doctors recently due to her changing behavior and lack of medical and moral ethics. Daughter was seeing her since age of 9 chronic things and diabetes. Prescribed meds but never did tests to see if metformin needed adjusting up or down. Daughter 18 has had blood tests wbc, rbc, plateletts high and off the chart for at least two years. When told time to do her bloodwork again, I the mom, told her why do the tests if no one follows up on bad results. Asked what did I mean.... told her. instead of concerned, she got hateful and said well im sending her to a hemotologist. Seems she did not know results had been bad! imho, they change office staff so much, records and results do not get recorded! One of my visits knowing good well she performs pap smears on both my mom and my sister, she refused to do one on me and said cause Inhave had mesh problems "no doctor in town will touch me!" then started shoving another doctors phone number at me!! I got a referral from B/C B/S insurance and had to make trips to Germantown, Tn near Memphis!! All she had to was a simple papsmear or ultrasound! Doesn't seem to care about her patients. Had issues working with another local doctor trying to get my homebound schooled sick child back in school before finding her diagnoses and whike she had tested positive for staff and many other illnesses. Dr Rastogi agreed she needed to be homeschooled but said maybe I can do it (i work 40 plus hrs a second shift job) so therefore my child was been for ed back into s hool or me home school so she enrolled out of school. A teen that wanted to be a nurse and made top honors in her class and had advance classes. Loved school! These doctors were more worried about paperwork then doing what was right for the patient. She had teacher coming out twice a week teaching her. I needed Fmla papers filled out so to protect my job or give me access to take my child to doctors or in this particular case paramedics were called where she had kidneystones that had to be blasted and was in terrible pain. Dr Rastogi told me" if she fills paperwork out and they are filled out wrong, I will not fill them out again!" hateful tone. It was denied of course! not properly filled out! Kid didnt finish her last yr of school prob had less than 6 credits to go to graduate. Still in with hemotologist at Cancer Institute. Has had to do a gi and colonospy, a bone marrow test, all her blood counts are off the chart and has had to do iron infusion and iron still low.... no diagnosis and hemotologist may have to repeat bone marrow in 3 months! Yet my daughter was healthy to go back to school and add Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom and pains assiciated and high cortisol levels and diabetes 2 and abnormal weight gains! too much schooling missed cause of illness but these two drs Rastogi and L. Kaufman failed her! Dr Rastogi commented when she filled out my FMLA papers which was reason for my visit which she got paid office visit and my copay.... "her doing my paperwork was taking her away from her other patients waiting!" Excuse me Dr Rastogi... I think I was a patient paying you and had patiently waited my hour plus to see you too! She scolded her staff fir not doung paperwork and we could here her being nasty and unprofessional threatening to fire her etc. I felt bad for the staff member. Husband just went to her and he swears she gets her diagnosis from googling. She pulled up chair to show him what she found about his symptoms on google. We had already did that one Doc!! Rastogo told my mom it was time for her to follow up with heart doctor and thing is she never told my mom she had an enlarged heart, but it was in her records! A best friend went three occassions complaining of horrible back pain and husband was having to carry her in by hands/arms and she never ran a test and assumed back pain. The young woman with no insurance ended up having stage 4 breast cancer and too late for her but might have been tretable if diagnosed early. A simple scan or exray Rastogi had capability of. I will never in my lifetime go back to this doctor! nor will she see my daughter or husband again. If younare sick with simple colds, need shots, this is your kind of doctor. Everything else, I would seek another doctor as we have.

This Dr made many med mistakes. Instead of changing a medication I had trouble with she called in BOTH...double heart medicine was dangerous. Lucky for me I caught it at the drug store. I never went back .
