I have been going to this doctor for many years. I never liked that he is always very cautious and makes me take a lot of tests to make sure there is a correct diagnosis when I am sick.. However, 2 years ago BECAUSE he always insists on extra tests, he found that my appendix had almost ruptured. No one else, including the hospital, could find out why I was in pain because I was hurting in a different place than one hurts when their appendix has burst. Only Dr. Randall found it. He saved my life.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
