It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. In this day of herd them in herd them out, Dr. Hall gives you as much time as you need. He has a wondeful bed side manner and makes you feel special and he really cares what is going on with you.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
