Dr. Burchfield is very attentive & a great listener! Great staff too! Everyone is very friendly!

Dr. Burchfield is very knowledgeable about the right medication to prescribe.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I'm new to the area and needed a general physician. I located Dr. Burchfield in my list of in-network physicians with my insurance carrier and called to schedule a routine exam. I was advised that the earliest she could see me was in 2 1/2 months...I reluctantly scheduled an appointment, which was simply going to be a review of my medical history! I was going to have to schedule another appointment for the actual exam. I figured she must be good, so this is the sacrifice I'll take right?! WRONG! I've waited patiently for my appointment and now they have to cancel / reschedule. I was told the earliest Dr. Burchfield could see me would be in another 3 months! Goodbye and good riddance!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. First impressions are terrible, lazy office staff act like they are doing yuo a favor. Dr was 45 min late. She diagnosis your symptoms by computer generated software. You tell her you have a head aches she feeds it into the computer and it tells her what to test. I dont like Turbo Tax for health! Want a good look at the level of care, take a look at her scale, its a childs scale and no rails for the elderly, I could barely get both feet on it. Come on, get off the dime you cheap practitioners.....
