I want to make my own review. I am separated from my husband and i called the clinic and i asked them NOT to give my husband anything on me or in my record there. You guys mailed me a form to fill out and sign and i mailed it back the next day. After doing that i was told that you guys WOULD NOT give him any info about me yet you guys did anyways. I was impressed with you guys when i first started going there. I love doctor Saylor because he listens to me. But now I do not want anything to do with this Clinic. You guys done wrong giving my husband my information when i asked you not to for good reason. We are divorcing he has no right to know anything about me and my health. So I was told my my divorce lawyer I can sue you guys for giving my information out after asking you not to and sending you that form i signed asking you not to yet you guys done it anyways. To me that is sorry and low down and unacceptable. I will not recommend you guys to anyone i know simply because you do not keep your doctor patient information like your suppose to. I hate it because i loved using you guys and having a good doctor like Saylor but if you guys can't keep your Doctor Patient Confidentiality Policy then I can't use you guys nor trust you. I am sorry i have to be so blunt and forward but I am mad that you guys went against what i asked you not to do. Therefore you guys can't be trusted and I will let people know this. I hope in the future you guys learn from this. And i am really thinking about doing just what my lawyer is saying i need to do and sue you for this. Maybe that will teach you not to give out information when your asked not to.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

My wife is an RN and suggested Dr. Jeff Saylor as our family doctor. This was an informed decision - and was clearly the right one! Dr. Saylor is very down to earth, friendly, and yet a total professional in all aspects of his work. The Lakeside Clinic at Guntersville, AL gets you in fast - yet you are not rushed. I always feel I'm in the best hands and getting great care and attention! Their office was well organized, clean, and well staffed. I can recommend Dr. Jeff Saylor and the Lakeside Clinic without reservation.
