They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

A bunch of morons if you ask me. Took my 5 year old there Saturday the 14th and they said she had strep throat, got treatment for that, on Tuesday the 17th had to take her back, they then tell me that she did not have strep throat it was just allergies. WHAT??? Really???? Called her normal doctor he was all the finding that they found, so I call them and they flat our refused to fax her records to her dr and they refused to fax her elementary school an excuse for her being tardy. Somebody needs to get these people and set them straight. They blame it all on HIPPA, I work in a Dr's office myself and this is not true.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Very competent doctor's at this facility. Dr. Saxon, Dr. Buck, all of them have been great to me and my family. My kids trust them and do not "freak" out when they have to go there. They will dig in and find out the cause/problem and answer any questions you may have. Great "bedside" manner! Would recommend, and have, to anyone I know.
