I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I really really like this doctor. He is one that I've seen a couple times a year for the past 5 years at an urgent care clinic where I get my daily medications refilled. Dr Buck is nice, & he talks to you like a real person, not like other doctors who treat you like something dirty and unpleasant he must tolerate. Dr. Buck also gets me taken care of and on my way in a timely fashion.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I have sued this office for over 10 years and have been satisfied with the doctors and the staff. It is convienent for me to be able to go to a clinic that is open in the evenings. I have seen Dr. Buck numerous times and he has always been great.
