Either the negative review was a phony for Dr. Atchison or this is a horrible website that makes up your reviews. (which it does.. I had to erase the one it wrote for me). Dr. Atchison is a pediatric endocrinologist. You can't just 'walk in' to be seen, it's based on referral. That said, she is an amazing, compassionate doctor. Highly recommend.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Joycelyn Atchison, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
