Dr. Peterson is very professional, but also friendly. His staff are helpful, pleasant and professional, as well. I have been a patient for over 13 years.

I have been in the office multiple times for my parents and today for myself. The staff is is knowledgeable and patient friendly. Dr Peterson is to-the-point and tends to show that he is very knowledgeable and caring. He always seems to hire best people for his staff. I have told many people that his office is the most efficiently run physicians office that I have visited.

The staff made me very comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and explained every part of every procedure. What I thought was going to be a very scary procedure was not so bad, thanks to all the staff. The facility is beautiful.

Before I first saw Dr. Craig Peterson of the Eastern Shore Heart Center ten years ago, I asked local friends about him. I was assured without exception that he was thorough, knowlegable, professional and had a great bedside mannor. I was more concerned about his competency. I have been exceptionally thankful that he is in charge of my cardiac concerns. I found that he is all that was described as well. With a family history of heart problems I wanted to do what was necessary to remain healthy. This visit was for a nuclear stress test for clearance prior to knee surgery. As always, the staff explained the procedure and what was going on. They all are pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. If Dr. Peterson is not available to see my before I leave the office, he has called me before the end of the day with the results of my tests. I have never been left waiting for the results of my tests as some of my friends that are being treated elsewhere. Dr Peterson has answered all my conserns and questions to my understanding and explaines if there are any differences since the previous visits. It is reassuring to me and my family to know I can call the office and be seen promptly if the need arises. If someone I know is having heart problems I feel I can recommend Dr. Peterson without reservation.

I came in for a nuclear stress test and echo. The atmosphere created by the new building is very relaxing and open. The staff was very courteous and make you feel at home. Dr. Peterson is very thorough and concerned, which is good in a physician. George was awesome as always. Stanley did a great job with the IV. The tests seemed very appropriate for the complaints that I had.

Dr, Peterson ans ALL of his staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Any time I call they are quick to respond. I have never been any more pleased.
