He (Dr.Katz) was to the point as to what he was going to do to me, lumbar injections. He explained the procedure and what to expect. This helps to put me at ease(when I am told to plan on some pain during the process) I had the injuections (3) times in a short period. They did not stop the pain. I ended up having (3) surgeries in (9) months. There was damage that the injections could not fully assist. *The surgeries were NOT the result of anything Dr. Katz did or did not do. My G.P. wanted to make sure all avenues were covered BEFORE sending me to a neurosurgeon. I am now being sent to Dr. Katz for pain management. I will find out more when I meet with him. I DO ADVISE THAT WHEN MAKING THE INITIAL VISIT WITH DR. KATZ ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE ONE ON ONE TIME YOU HAVE WITH HIM. DO NOT WAIT. I FOUND THAT AFTER THE INITIAL VISIT I DID NOT GET TO TALK WITH HIM. I WAS PREPPED AND READY FOR INJECTIONS WHEN HE WALKED INTO THE ROOM.

My only issue with this provider was that my appointment was scheduled for Monday, at 0830, and I was told that it was Tuesday, at 0900. I didn't change the time. They said that they didn't change the time. So, I filled out the paperwork and returned the next day. Otherwise, they were great! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
