They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. On my last visit Dr. Katz decided as a last ditch effort to try a particular medication, and said call him when I needed to have the prescriptions refilled. I did call, and was rudely told I was no longer their patient and to contact the dr that referred me. I am out of one of my meds now, and must wait over a month to see the referring dr.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. No bedside manner, talked poorly of my surgeon and he does not even know him. He also talked down to me as if I was stupid and uneducated. I am very educated. I felt as if I was being treated like some junkie of the street, quiet the contrary I am a deacon in my church as well as part of the church choir and my wife is our church secretary and started an outreach ministry for women who are addicted to drugs and or alcohol. You never know who you are treated and should be more careful about the type of language you use. Very Very disrespectful. I will never return to his office if I can help it.
