I've been really satisfied with the level of medical care I've received from Dr. Herrick and his staff. Dr. H is very down to earth and doesn't treat you like "just another case". On my first visit, he was very interested in the line of work I'm in and remembers me each time and always asks me about it when I go for my appointments.

The only thing I don't like is having to wait nearly one hour to get called back. The South office is fairly large but there are always people waiting that sit on their cell phones and talk loud enough to be heard by everyone. There is a sign posted that says no cell phones but nobody abides by it. If it weren't for this, I would've given 5 stars.
