They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed.
