I am fortunate enough to get in touch with Dr. Rousso regarding my facial surgery......He is talented, courteous, and quite understanding.....gave me a lot of time.....facility is quite hi-tech...staff is amiable......in particular, Carol.......I owe my new smile to them......:-)

I had two procedures go awry. My nose is AWFUL. I am going to need reconstructive surgery after the rhinoplasty. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I am always dismissed by him saying "I shouldn't worry about it." I experienced a lot of complications after my surgery. It is harder to breathe now. Aesthetically, my nose is caving in and assymetrical. I absolutely DISLIKE to a LARGE degree my results! Wouldn't wish this on anyone. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, except I was told to go find a more accomplished surgeon to fix this.
