This woman has some sort of mental health issues. She carries herself in the manner of a mentally unstable, toothless, homeless person. She is jumpy, which upsets infants. She does not explain what she is doing during well baby exams which is a must for new parents. Her examination of an ill child is perfunctory and inadequate to meet even the lowest standard of care. She is unprofessional, rude and spends an inordinate amount of time talking about her own experiences with her own children instead of what my children needed. I did not come there to chat, I came there for medical help. Honestly, I have no idea how she is still practicing. I learned later that she is regarded as a low quality physician in he medical community in mobile, fit only for medicaid patients. I think that is sad, every child deserves decent medical care. This woman will not provide good care for your child no matter what kind of insurance you have. Run the other way.

Staff is not very friendly and are very rude and act like you are bothering them. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. I wasn't entirely convinced that the staff had my grandchild's best interest in mind. The Pedetricians in the group are actually very wonderful but a Physician is normally judged by how their staff treats the patients. In this case, I would not recommend this group to anyone until the Physicians re-do their staff or make the current ones understand how they expect them to treat ALL patients.
