The lady with brown hair that you first see in the office when you come in is very rude and unprofessinal. She is very unfriendly and makes coming here unpleasant. I believe her name is Marcela or something like that.My grandson was very ill and my daughter called to get him an appointment for that day and the rude lady informed my daughter it was Saturday and they close at 12:00 and that she needed to take him somewhere else cause it was already 10:30 and they couldn't see him. After getting the run around she finally told my daughter which Dr.s in Gardendale were open on Saturdays and took medicaid. We went to the first place she told us to go to,well we get there and the babys medicaid referral had not been sent over yet,took 3 calls to the rude lady and twice my daughter was hung up on before we finally got the referral. She acted like she had better things to do then to help us & that we were bothering her. We love Dr. Savany & the nurses he has been my daughters Dr. since the day they were born and never had any trouble with his office staff until she started working there. I have spoken with other grandmothers and they have not had a pleasant experience with her either. She really needs to get a grip on her attitude and the way she treats people before she causes Dr. Savany's patients to go else where. I will be telling him how rude she is to his patients and something needs to be done about her

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Also, their billing department is VERY unorganized and unprofessional. The last time my was was there was 2006. In March of this year, I received a $77.20 statement reflecting a 90 day past due balance. I have NEVER received an invoice before this time. I have left SEVERAL messages for the billing rep. to call me, AND I have corresponded via U.S. Mail twice, with STILL no response. Do these people expect someone to pay a bill that is 7 years old and not question WHY it jas recently just been mailed and WHY there is a 90 day past due balance. Very, very, very ridiculous.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
