They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. I really appreciated that they weren't overly talkative during my massage. I've hated it at other places when they were overly chatty because I couldn't relax.

I have been going to Patti for several years. She is one of the best massage therapist I have used. She's caring and very efficent with her hands. I have fibromyalgia and torn discs. She always determines before she starts how much pressure she can use on me and what needs the most attention. I have had her Hot stone massage and it is heavenly. I've had to have her relief massage quite often for migraines, tension headaches and stiff neck.
