I purchased couples massage through Groupon for the Vitality Health Center. I called and left a message the same day I purchased the services on a Saturday. I did not hear back from this place, so I called back on the following Monday afternoon to follow up with the messages I left trying to make an appointment. I had a very bad experience trying to make an appointment with this facility. The person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She made fun of me laughing at me while asking me questions. She put me on hold for a very long time, so I had to hang up and call back. When I called the facility back she lied and told me we got disconnected. I asked her to leave a message for her supervisor; she claimed she was the supervisor. I asked to leave a message for the owner on the voicemail she replied the owner does not have a voicemail. My total experience trying to use this facilities service was completely unsatisfactory.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this place.
I went there at first place because it is 5 minutes away from my house and it has a nice ambiance BUT this is what I experienced:
1- Super Disorganized at all levels from scheduling to billing
2- Unqualified staff - the therapist did not even know how to put an ice pack on my knee
3- Wastes time by keeping you waiting
4- MOST IMPORTANTLY: the Dr is a chiropractor and he claims he does physical therapy but he is FAR from doing PT. He just uses it to bill the insurance. They billed my insurance over 70 sessions in a 2.5 months time span! He used up all my precious PT sessions and I was left in pain and had to pay PT out of my pocket at another PT place.
5- The Doctor HAS never time for the patient as he is running between 4 patients concurrently - You will never feel you are valued as a patient and that he knows what the problem is
5- They have billed my insurance BOTH for Dr visit and PT visit every single apptmt that Dr had spent maximum 10 minutes over the session with me!


Stay away from this place for PT esp if your insurance has a limit on PT visits.


Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
