The office was easy enough to find. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

But none of this is as important as whether the products and services work, and I haven't quite finished my evaluation. No doubt at this point that my that my brown spots on face and hands are definitely fading, and the precancerous cells are gone on my forearm, but pinkness still there, so just waiting for spots to be entirely gone and healing to be 100% to make a final assessment.

I should mention that he planed down a facial mole 20 years ago, and I was completely satisfied with the result. I anticipate using other services and products from this provider.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
