The doctor took it upon herself to administer filler where she deemed necessary and when I didn't like the results she lied and stated filler wasn't injected in those areas. I went to another doctor who said the filler is there and was horribly administered. She still refuses to dissolve the filler. Do NOT use this office!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave.
Please don't book an appointment with the PA Julie O'Donnell. She has a serious problem with answering questions or being asked anything whatsoever. She actually kicked me out of the office. Completely immature and strange.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
