The Doctors, direct Nursing staff, and office manager are all great. The issue really is around the other office staff. The customer service is almost hostile. I would love to have the discussion with the doctor about his staff. Their phone system almost never work properly and either rings busy or no one ever answers. When you get a prescription filled the call in a perscription and do not let you know when it has been done or if it has been done. There are many other things but definitely not customer focused.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
